Klacko Spars is a metal fabricating company that specializes in marine-related products. It is also expanding to include other fabrication projects. The company started operation in 1970 as an independent fabricator of custom hardware for C&C Yachts and is Canada’s major yacht builder of all times.
Formerly known as Klacko Marine, we have been in business for over 40 years. Our company grew to supply masts, tanks, railings, and related products to other notable yacht builders such as Hinterhoeller Yachts, CS, Express Yachts, Tartan Yachts, and Windship. Klacko Spars keeps growing, with projects completed for builders and independent sailors around the world. We have a reputation for our aluminum and stainless steel custom work. Added to this, is a new division of aluminum boat building – we started off building custom 25’ Trawlers, progressing to 40’ custom Trawlers.
At this point, Klacko Spars keeps broadening its horizons by creating and fabricating unique structures for exhibit companies. Be it a water tower for a film exhibit, a DNA display for a pharmaceutical company or a full-size airplane for a theme park – there is nothing our team of professionals cannot do.
The original founder and current owner of Klacko Spars, Danny Klacko, brings over 50 years of personal experience to the company. He has brought together a team of professionals who each have at least 30 years of experience in the sailing and power boating industry. Together, they work hard to deliver their promises. You will always find Danny Klacko actively working in the back of the shop on one of our projects.
